We are looking for a qualified Senior Telecom Engineer

Aker Solutions telecom department in Stavanger is now looking for a Senior Telecom Engineer for a temporary position.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, only candidates that are already located in Norway can be considered for this assignment.


What will you be doing?

• Participate in EPCI mod project.

General telecom engineering:

• Telecom system engineering, execution and co-ordination of technical procurement activities (PRE)
• Preparation of MTO`s and requisitions
• Preparation of installation job-cards
• Input to other disciplines
• Coordination and cooperation with suppliers and Client
• Offshore surveys
• Commissioning assistance and as-built engineering

We think you should have some of the following:

• Master or Bachelor degree
• Min 5-10 years relevant experience as telecom engineer from the offshore industry.
• Experience from COPNo projects will be beneficial.
• Knowledge with COPSAS installation and requirements will be an advantage
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
