 ABOUT THE JOB 

As Revenue Growth Controlling Manager Norway & Finland you will be part of the local leadership team and be the key business partner for the sales & marketing teams, driving growth across Danone brands and categories by providing the financial perspective for these markets. You will be a part of our Finance team with team-members located across the region of Nordics & Baltics. You will report to the Finance Director for Nordics & Baltics, who is based at our Solna office in Sweden. 


This role will evolve over the next months and will from then also include team lead responsibilities. 


Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Actively contributing to the Nordic GPS process: Maintaining pricing and discounts databases, preforming Net Sales forecasts in Essbase tool, preparing various multidimensional Net Sales and Margin analysis and animating it within commercial teams, challenge GPS assumptions and through this secure high quality and accuracy of Topline forecasts.
  • Supporting commercial teams in preparation of financial business cases for new products implementation of trade / marketing projects or initiatives.
  • Starting and influencing actions to maximize financial outcome from business strengths or improving areas of so far weak delivery.
  • Supporting sales teams in financial Tenders modeling, aiming to find optimal equation between Tender pricing, expected revenue, margins, future market shares and strengths vs competition. All in sync with CBU ROS guidelines.
  • Supporting, improving and updating financial tools and ensure that A&P spend is allocated for an optimal outcome.
  • Owning responsibility for monthly Topline closing, assuring up to date and accurate data in the relevant systems, followed by regular and ad hoc Topline reporting preparation and animation. Prepare and submit Divisional reporting for actuals and rolling forecasts. Ensure country-specific reporting to authorities & customers.
  • Supporting business in form of active participation in company regular or ad hoc meetings or workshop, where financial knowledge, skills, financial data disclosure or financial modeling is key for action plans definition or making business decisions.
  • Securing DanGo compliance for controls where Revenue Growth Control function is Business Process Owner (BPO), Control Owner (CO) or Contributor.


ABOUT YOU

In order to succeed in the role we believe that you have: 

  • A University degree in Finance
  • Had similar positions in international companies running complex physical goods sales activity
  • Minimum 3 years job experience of senior finance positions
  • Experience of Budget & Forecasting as well as PnL management
  • Experience of Business case simulation
  • Experience of cost and variance analysis
  • Advanced skills of database management, Excel
