Purchase and Logistics Specialist

Procurement & Logistics (P&L) is part of Electrification Distribution Solutions. The department is responsible for procurement and logistic activities from design phase, tendering of special orders and manufacturing and delivery phase. Our target is to build and maintain a professional and motivated group that ensures optimal procurement deliveries to our manufacturing needs. P&L have full ownership of the entire procurement process from quotation up until receipt of correct delivery and invoicing.

Our P&L management team needs to be strengthened and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who can contribute to better sourcing processes and lower total purchasing cost.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and implement warehousing practices for new components and products
• Select best methods for ERP system, physical flow and assembly-lines
• Improving inventory quality and warehousing efficiency by:

• Together with our team improve our palette of warehousing strategies/methods

Your background:

• Technical /Commercial degree, preferably B.Sc. or Master
• Sound knowledge in sourcing and procurement activities and processes
• SAP knowledge of the PP and MM module
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Commitment to quality and speed
• Ability to communicate well and professionally with internal and external clients
• Very good written & spoken English and Norwegian
• Excellent coordination skills
• Teamworking skills
