You will be a key contributor to our team in our Customer Delivery and Projects, delivering core banking solutions to a large number of Norwegian and International banks. With the customer in focus, we aim to deliver projects with high quality on estimated time. We are searching for a test manager who would love to participate in big, strategic projects within Core Banking in the Nordics. 

Description of key responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating testing activities in dedicated business area or projects
• Coordinating the work of test teams
• Managing creation, prioritization and execution of test cases based on business requirements
• Defects management, following up any outstanding open test issues
• Preparing test progress reports and evaluating testing and development results
• Supporting in common test strategy and quality level implementation

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience in a test management role
• Knowledge of aspects of the software engineering process
• Understanding wide variety of testing methods, techniques and tools
• Leading and owning testing related activities
• Knowledge in test planning, tracking and reporting
• Strong skills in Norwegian and/or Nordic language in addition to English( written and oral)
