What will you do?

You will be responsible for our group-wide Tech talent / Software Engineer program, and run the full-cycle recruitment for tech graduates. This includes building and maintaining contact with relevant tech schools across Europe, arranging events and courses, managing internship and graduate pipelines, managing the interview processes, ensuring great onboarding experiences and a high-quality program. The role also includes close follow-up of our tech graduates and branding of the program.

You are passionate about finding and supporting young talents in their first career steps, enabling them to make the most of their potential and develop both technically and personally. You enjoy working with a wide variety of people across different locations and are a natural talent when it comes to building relationships. You thrive in a high-paced environment, where you can think outside the box, you are structured, and want to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and graduate program. It is a great advantage if you are a bit tech-savvy yourself since you will be communicating and collaborating closely with some of our best tech people. Your personality is more important than your experience, so your personal skills can make up for your lack of practical experience, and we welcome graduates and young professionals to apply.

You will become part of the People team at Visma, which is working to ensure that Visma is an engaging and inspiring place to work for our people, delivering group-wide HR support within all of the following areas: 

• Recruitment and employer branding to ensure tomorrows talent; 
• Learning and development to develop and inspire talent to grow; 
• HR tech and analytics with HR process automation and data insights; and
• Organisational development to develop an engaging culture based on values.
