On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager


Job Description:

• Prepare project mandate, including plans, estimates, project organization, working methods, information sharing and risk assessment.
• Follow up the project and project deliveries in relation to progress, costs, scope, and quality.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes and other administrative documents related to planning and follow-up of projects
• Lead a project group in accordance with agreed organization and planning.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience from upgrading Energy Components solutions.
• Experience with project management for IT infrastructure projects.
• The course and certified in project management, for example PRINCE2.
• The course and certified at ITIL or equivalent framework is an advantage.
• Experience from the oil and gas sector and oil applications is an advantage.
• Experience with change projects and change management is an advantage.
• Experience with projects with many parallel activities and stakeholders.

• Good understanding of IT solutions and their purpose.
• Targeted and customer-focused, good at stakeholder management.
• Delivery-oriented and self-propelled, but also a distinct team player.
• Structured, but at the same time flexible.
• Leadership qualities.
• Good communication skills and soft skills skills.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
