People & Culture Manager

We are growing rapidly, and you will be an important contributor to building our desired culture and ensuring that Argeo is a great place to work. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build, develop and implement people related practices and activities.  

Who are we looking for?

You have worked 3-5 years in HR, preferably in a global environment. You have a university degree in HR or another relevant field. You are thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to balance operational tasks with strategic initiatives. You have a passion for people and culture and communicate well at all levels of the organisation. You have full working proficiency in English, both oral and written. 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all People and Culture matters, in a professional and timely manner
• Actively support, develop, and implement people related practices and guidelines
• Have good expertise in the laws and regulations that apply in the field, good knowledge of Norwegian Labour law is a requirement.
• Take lead in building our desired culture

You have a positive can-do attitude and a proactive, collaborative, and innovative work style. You are structured and systematic and get things done. You are positive and sociable, and you communicate well, at all levels of the organisation.
