Group Treasurer to a fast growing international company

We are currently looking for a professional and dedicated employee to our Group Finance Department. The Group Treasurer will perform various tasks related Group treasury and cash management and will collaborate closely with the Group Controllers and Finance Managers across the Group (Europe). The position reports to Group CFO and is located at Group HQ in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow
• day-to-day cash management, cash flow forecasting, financing of NPL portfolio acquisitions and management of all electronic banking systems including Group cash pool arrangement
• arrangement and ongoing negotiation of all group borrowing facilities and bank relationship management
• development and integration of Group treasury policy with the Group’s strategic requirements and direction
• develop performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted
• development and implementation of robust controls related to treasury matters for all parts of the Group
• assessment and management of all business related financial risks including FX, interest rate and counterparty risk management
• active management of FX exposures and transactional risks that the group may face on an ongoing basis
• assessment and implementation of the active hedging program in accordance with group policy
• ad hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications

• master’s degree in finance or accounting or similar
• minimum 4 years’ experience from treasury, bank, controlling, auditing or similar position in an operational environment
• very strong knowledge of MS Excel and other analytical programs
• interest and proven skills in forecasting
• knowledge of/experience with borrowing agreements is considered an advantage
• fluent in English, written and spoken
