Mercell Norge AS continue to challenge the status quo and due to exciting growth, we are looking for a Go to Market Manager (G2M).
A go-to-market (G2M) strategy is a plan that details how an organization can engage with customers to convince them to buy their product or service and to gain a competitive advantage.

Tasks and Responsibilities
You will get the opportunity to strengthen our brand by boosting sales through product presentations, and a crucial part of the position will be to use customer feedback to add value to existing products. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products
- Product differentiation – building a unique selling point
- Translate technical details into benefits for our users
- Collaboration with the marketing and sales team regarding new products and selling tools
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
- Collaboration with the product management and tech departments regarding timelines and deadlines for the development of new products
- Participating in defining user segments and sales targets
- Follow and analyze market trends to position our products
- Development of product marketing strategies
- Support the marketing team in creation of marketing material to be used across channels
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- High collaborative skills
- Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You are confident in presenting and know how to communicate complex topics in a simple manner, focused on customer needs. Fluent oral and verbal communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and English is required.
- Research skills: An important part of being a G2M Manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this, and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
- Project management skills: High capacity to manage stressful situations and the ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. Further, it is important that you have the ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to details at the same time. Finally, great conflict resolution skills.
