Project coordinator / Document controller

Light Structures are seeing increased interest in our products from navies and coast guards, offshore Oil & Gas and shipping around the world and are looking to strengthen our team with a project coordinator / document controller that will support the documentation and delivery of our instrumentation systems across multiple projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure document quality and alignment with customer templates (where applicable)
• Assemble and publish documentation sets in approval, working and final versions
• Manage document transmittals and submissions via customer document portals
• Project related administration, such as maintaining SDRs, project registers and keeping minutes from project meetings
• Assist project managers

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Able to get security clearance
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Fluent Norwegian is preferred, but not required.
• Advanced level MS Office and PDF editors (Adobe Acrobat, Kofax Power PDF or similar)
• Understanding of information security
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Attention to detail and focus on quality and clarity of information
