On behalf of our client within Oil & Gas Industry, we are looking for a Project Planner.
The Project Control and Analysis discipline in Project Development is a competence unit with responsibilities within project control management, planning and progress, cost control, project finance and accounting and project control of contracts.
Location: Stavanger
Duration: 01.10.2021 - 31.12.2022
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of Contract Master Schedule (CMS), Contractor Detail Schedule(CDS) and Contract Detailed Work Element Schedules (CDWES)
- Follow up of the contract during the contract period, and attend monthly meetings
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) planning
- Ensure consistency between contractors' plans and overall project plans
- Progress control including float, efficiency, productivity measurement, trend and analysis for the contract
- Ensure input to monthly report preparation
- Ensure contract administration related to schedules
- Ensure risk management of the contract associated with Project Planning
- Actively develop proposals for schedule recovery and maintenance of key milestones
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of SAFRAN planner / project
- Experience from greenfield/brownfield projects and topside/FPSO detail planning
- Proactive, analytical and solution oriented
- Organised, structured and hands-on and having passion for details
- Flexibility, as some travel to contractor sites may be required
