You have basic knowledge of MS platform and are an energetic people person. Willing to help onsite or over the net.

At the same time you want to build up your knowledge and become a infrastructure expert over time, handing both laptops, Office365 and Azure.

Formal qualifications:

Experience supporting and working in a Microsoft Environment
