You as our new Scrum Master / Lead Program Integrator will primarily be responsible for facilitating scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed. You will serve multiple scrum teams involved in developing world class handheld ultrasound products.

As Lead Program Integrator you will also manage various tasks within project management, and be part of the program management team for larger projects.

Duties include (but are not limited to)

Facilitate daily standups
Drive sprint planning
Participate in sprint reviews
Conduct sprint retrospectives
Administrate scrum boards and tools used
Eliminate or escalate blockers to the scrum teams
Create and maintain project timelines and project resource plans

Qualifications

Certified scrum master
Significant experience with agile and waterfall project management
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
