Semco Maritime is an international service company covering a broad range of the energy sector. Semco Maritime, Norway has two site offices serving the Oil&Gas industry. Our dept. in Stavanger provides manpower to both operating companies and rigs. Our dept. at Hanøytangen the core business is rig maintenance and modification. We have a suitable and well-placed yard for large yard stay projects. The facility includes one of Europe's largest dry docks, good access to the sea, good communication to important locations and the yard is well equipped regarding to technical and physical facilities. This facility can offer 4 quays with depths of 17 meters, 20 meters and 90 meters including a dry dock with length of 125 x 125 meters and depth 17 meters. We also have huge focus on expanding our offshore projects offering continuous class, system engineering and customized products.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects according to budget, time schedules agreed quality, plan and cost ensuring satisfied customers. and to the satisfaction of customers.

You will work from our main office in Hanøytangen, but some travel should be expected including offshore. It is important that you are passionate about your job and manage to keep your team motivated. You are able to work with all aspects of project planning and will be responsible for projects on site. You will ensure that customers are well informed and that any unforeseen challenges are handled in cooperation with the customers. You have a strong visible profile and communicate well at all organizational levels. You take initiative and approach the tasks with a firm structure.

You hold the following qualifications and are dedicated to being part of our development and ambitions in the years to come.:

•  Higher technical education
• Experience from MODU projects
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Preferably formal project management competence
• Able to manage both technical and financial risk
• Contractual understanding
• Advanced English level, both written and verbally
