As our new Project Manager, you can be part of the next level on this ground-breaking journey, with a position with the power to influence the company and the industry.

The right individual will be a key player and integral part of the technical/project group of the company, being responsible for realizing Ocean Sun`s concept and get it through to a finished product. Support the COO to structure and manage international project activities, set concrete schedules, oversee the execution and follow-up and delivery on site. In cooperation with the Technical/ProjectTeam contribute to project safety, cost-efficiency, improvements and standardization processes. The position will report to the COO.

Main tasks:

Be an integral part of the technical/ project group of the company.
Support the COO, structure and manage international project activity.
Set concrete schedules, oversee the execution, follow-up and delivery on site.
Contribute to project safety, cost-efficiency, improvements and standardization processes.
Engineering of electric power equipment and electric power systems for floating solar systems on an international market.
System design, including possibly also analyzes with calculation tools and single-line diagrams (SLD).
Support for the sales department in work with marketing and offers.

Education and Experience:

Relevant Master’s degree within Electrical Engineering or Technology.
3-6 years of relevant experience as Project leader/Installation/ Commissioning.
Experience working with renewable electrical installations (solar PV, wind).
Worked with / knows international standards related to electric power systems.
International experience.
Experience from EPC/contractor projects.

Ability to acquire the necessary technical basis and respond quickly.
Be able to represent the company and its interests in important projects internationally.

Language:

Proficient in English, both written and orally.
Fluency in Norwegian is not a requirement.
