Project Manager

ECN AS formidler konsulenter til prosjekt-, ingeniør- og andre teknisk/administrative stillinger til energi- og industribransjen. Våre kunder er både nasjonale og internasjonale, og vi har derfor stillinger på prosjekter onshore og offshore.

Job Description:
• Ensure that the project is managed and lead according to the Contract.
• Plan and organize the project in accordance with established procedures, and that the necessary resources are made available.
• Plan and control all financial aspects of the Project.
• Ensure that applicable Acts and Regulations are identified and complied with.
• Ensure that compliance with requirements relating to safety, quality and profitability is achieved
• Ensure that all technical and engineering aspects of the Project are in accordance with contract requirements.
• Supervise all project interfaces with other parts of the company Group.
• Ensure that subcontractor evaluation, selection and management is done in accordance with established procedures.
• Initiate all necessary actions to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, and in accordance with all other contract requirements.

Qualifications:
• MSc/BSc in Engineering or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience from projects
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Ability to understand complex issues related to engineering, procurement, construction and offshore operations (if applicable)
• Ability to understand underwater diving operatins to NORSOK-U100
• Delegates and empower others, building accountability for achieving their goals
• Demonstrates personal accountability by taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes
• Demonstrate solid management, leadership skills and behaviours according to the company core values
• Demonstrates commercial mindset
• Ability to deal with complex problems under pressure
