Are you a proactive and motivated person with leadership experience?

Here is a fantastic opportunity to join our front-runner’s team. We are looking for a Global Team Lead in Trondheim for a team that serves our personal customers in the Norwegian market. The team consists of 19 team members in total, with twelve in Trondheim and seven Norwegian speakers in Vilnius.

About the role

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing daily tasks for a team of around 19 employees. We expect you to be self-driven, communicative, motivated, and eager to grow in an international environment. You will be a part of an area with Team lead colleagues in all the Scandinavian countries and Lithuania.

Your focus will be on building a cohesive and high-performing team, ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development, providing excellent service towards customers, and participating in various ongoing improvement projects related to our delivery processes and cost to serve.

Thinking out of the box and a keen interest in driving improvements and developing your team is a day to day business.

Who are you?

The most important thing we are looking for in this role is the ability to lead and inspire people. An atmosphere based on trust, where people feel safe in suggesting changes and improvements is essential for the team. As this is the first global team in our business area, experience with leading a global team will be an advantage. A higher education will be an advantage as well. To be a good fit in this role you have to be willing to learn and understand the process and how we operate, and it is a great advantage to have some experience on how to build a great process. You are willing to challenge the legacy and create new decisions and ideas, and you are proactive and determined when it comes to making these changes happen. We also believe that to be able to succeed, you have to be interested in getting to know the people in your team and within the bank. You have an eagerness to understand things and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
