Arbeidsoppgaver

IT support to users via telephone, e-mail, chat and online ticketing system.
Coordinate inquiries and requests from users within IT
Give the users good experience and service.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Dutch is your native language or you speak it fluent.
Not a requirement, but an advantage that you also speak and write Norwegian
Experience within IT support
Theoretical background within IT
Comfortable speaking on the phone as well as communicating by e-mail and chat.
You are passionate about the IT profession and want to learn more
