Do you want to join our team as a Procurement Specialist ?

As a Procurement Specialist you will be a part of our Assistance Group within Aftermarkets Supply Chain Management department. Our main task is to ensure good delivery performance from our suppliers. Which results in satisfied customers of NOV.

Duties / Tasks:

• Follow up vendors delivery performance
• Contribute to the development of KPI's and encourage continuous improvement
• Develop procedures to ensure good quality and effective execution of work
• Perform tasks related to maintaining lead­ times in the ERP system
• Support internal clients with various reports
• Perform tasks associated with expediting, track & trace and reporting of same
• Support Company Management on request

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum 3 years higher education within relevant areas like procurement, logistics or economics. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Good knowledge of IT tools and systems such as Microsoft Office Excel and Access
• Service minded and result oriented
• Systematic, efficient and process optimization oriented
• Ability to develop and maintain internal customer and supplier relationships
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be flexible
• Good Norwegian and English skills, both written and oral
