The role – Service Advisor

  • Responsible for vehicle reception and delivery according to the NIO service standard
  • Ensure delivery vehicle meets all service requirements
  • Address any user’s concern with the highest level of response and attention (via emails, phone calls and attending to drive-in Users)
  • Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone, or escalation is required
  • Implement the standard service process based on the “one-stop service” principles of NIO for accident vehicles
  • Communicate estimated completion time, provide regular updates and follow through on each User’s vehicle
  • Continuously improve the service process in response to the customized service demands from Users
  • Respond promptly with service requests and complaints from Users
  • Responsible for Users’ final after-sales service satisfaction
  • Work shifts may be required

You possess :

  • Good service awareness and strong communication skills
  • Preferably a college degree with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • More than 2 years of work experience in the retail automotive service industry
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
  • A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
