Jefferson Wells Is looking for a Project Manager for a project within the telecom sector.
The candidate will through the project work to strengthen the area of focus in technology cost efficiency in the Nordic region.

MAIN TASKS

Setting up structured framework for an energy efficiency based strategic program
Realize scope & time plan for OE activities through BU
Create the standard management report process for the Nordic BU.
Identify the Opex and Capex requirements for the activities with any associated risks and bottlenecks.
Can arrange & coordinate the meeting with local BU team for alignment and technical discussions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

Bachelor or Master of Science
More then 5years experience in Project management
Knowledge of Network Operations and Energy consumption/ utilizations with in Network
Able to communicate in English/ Local Nordics.
Good Presentation skills – required to present it to Mid and Senior management
The candiadate should be good influencer and effectively handle stakeholders.
Should be able to work comfortable in Global team structure
Should have good analytical skills able work with local cost and finance report to understand expenditures.
Able to reason with local team and identify opportunities, should be able to setup reporting structures and plans with local team members
