Support end users in the Norway office. Provide stable and secure Information Technology infrastructure locally.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Main responsibilities and tasks:
Provide end user support, always on time with the right solutions
Order and install PC for use by employees
Manage the phone system
Manage printers
Manage and maintain the technical equipment in conference rooms
Keep technical documentation up to date
Manage IT processes and procedures to maintain a stable environment
Provide compliance with regulatory requirements

Authorities:
According to the at any time valid authority matrix.

Additional responsibilities and tasks, if appl.:
Assist in supporting Eltek production facilities
Helpdesk duty on EMEA IT Helpdesk

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Required education:
High school degree within IT

Job excperience:
Desired: 2-3 years of IT Support Manager experience

Required:
Win 10 knowledge and experience
VM Ware and Windows server knowledge
Basic Network knowledge
Desired, if appl.:
Experience in supporting end users.
2-3 years of IT Support Manager experience
SharePoint experience,
Norwegian - Fluent
English - Fluent
