Are you our new UX/UI Designer?

How can technology empower struggling students? How do we help parents amplify their kids’ learning? How can we help teachers spend less time clicking and more time teaching?

These are just some of the questions the itslearning UX team is tasked with answering.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate designer to help shape the next generation of our learning platform.

As a team member you will work closely with UX researchers, product owners, developers and other designers to create innovative learning solutions used by millions of people.

Who you are

• You are passionate about design and its power to make a difference in people's lives.
• You have a solid portfolio demonstrating a human-centered approach and a strong aesthetic sense.
• You have a robust understanding of usability, UI patterns, design principles and accessibility.
• You have a thoughtful approach where every choice is based on consideration for users.
• You are able to communicate your ideas clearly, and articulate the rationale behind every decision.
• You always put people first and would rather ship the best idea than your idea.
• You are eager to develop yourself and those around you.

What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that will delight teachers, students and parents throughout the world.
• Translate user needs into beautiful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces and interaction flows.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to explore, test and communicate ideas.
• Be involved in projects from start to finish, including discovery, ideation, testing and UI design.
• Craft visual and interaction design for desktop and mobile platforms, using and developing our design system.
• Develop your skills rapidly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
