Job Description

• To coordinate project control support within the areas of planning and scheduling, budgeting, cost management, accounting and document management
• To raise early warnings regarding potential deviations with project budget and/or schedule within area of responsibility
• To ensure that project procedures and workflows covering cost control, cost estimating planning and document control are established, implemented and used
• To ensure that contractors planning at all levels are established and executed in accordance to contract, deviation to be analysed and reported
• To ensure that contractors actual cost and forecasted final cost is monitored, analysed and reported against approved budgets
• To ensure that requested variations/changes to scope of work are analysed and impacts to cost and schedule are identified, quantified and documented prior to implementation
• To endure all deliverables under project services responsibilities are developed for each phase and project gates
• Give project cost input to Clients annual planning calendar (e.g. FC1,FC2,FC3, BP,SP, RNB, etc)
• Cost and forecast update of relevant License budget when required
• Evaluate, implement, maintain and optimize project services, systems and methodology
• Planning, reviewing and following-up of all relevant contractual project control requirements
• Contract and subcontrcator, supplier bid evaluations within projec control issues
• Quantities, cost and planning estimate verifications with emphasis thoughout the project execution
• Provide baseline updates, adequate schedules/budget/cost, relevant invoice verification, ensure reporting
• Maintain all company project control functions
• Identify and mitigate critical activities and propose solutions within project control matters
• Ensure that project control procedures within area of responsibility are established, implemented and maintained
• Ensure that project control systems are established and used in accordance with needs for site teams
• Prepare and produce internal project reporting and check the quality of project reporting documents
• Advisor to the project manager
• Coordination, management and leadership of the team of specialized team of project control personnelduring project execution
• Develop documents described in the OPD prossess for the relevant phases of the project
• Assist management team in the Field Development & Projects department to improve work processes and procedures.

Qualifications Requirements

• Specialist Knowledge: General project Services knowledgefor all project phases (Feasibility, Concept, FEED, Project Execution, Commissioning and project close-out
• Organisation Processes: National and Internal Standards
• Supports and technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system, Technical requirement and Standard
• Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes
• Preparation and review of Critical Path Method plans
• Understanding of Work Breakdown Structures
• Understanding and analysis of Cost Estimates and Cost accounting principles
• General Knowledge of Project Management Principles and Techniques. General Knowledge of contract administration Principles and Techniques
• Project Management: Prep. of Devel. Program & Budget, Close-Out Report Preparation
• Skilled user of microsoft officetools (Word, Excel, Powerpoit, etc)
• Skilled user from Project Control Systems (Safran, SAP,PIMS,Primavera, etc)
• General knowledge in project risk management inclusive assessment of impact to schedule and cost (ex. cost risk analysis and schedule risk analysis)
• More than 10 years experience
