AutoStore is seeking a Senior Training and Development Professional

AutoStore is a growing global organization. We are the pioneers of automated cube storage system and our award winning solutions is sold across the world through our network of partners. AutoStore Academy is the organization that provides efficient and tailored trainings to our partners. We aim to develop and provide training which empowers our partner to present, design, commission and maintain a full AutoStore installation. Our training portfolio consists of a variety of different workshops, individual e-learning and on-site training. The academy also contributes to internal training and organizational learning.

As Senior Training and Development Professional you will be responsible for organizing and develop different training activities in AutoStore Academy. You will work closely with service and support department in AutoStore and play a key role to bridge the technical requirements into high quality training courses. The right candidate is service oriented, has a great technical understanding and works efficiently with digital tools to ensure quality in delivery and report of our courses worldwide.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce digital content and courses for the AutoStore Academy portal, together with internal and external providers
• Work closely with the service and support team, and incorporate new products into our training and course
• Teach and facilitate trainings for our partner network on the AutoStore products and tools
• Provide internal trainings for AutoStore employees together with the Academy Team
• Quality Assurance of existing course offerings and initiate relevant updates when needed
• Plan and coordinate production of course content and offerings
• Contribute to the administration and facilitation of both online and on-site trainings, and organize training plans and schedules

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Education within the field of engineering (mechanical, electronics, or technology)
• 5 years of relevant work experience from positions within the field of mechanical engineering, technical service, education or similar is preferable
• International experience is a must-have, preferably from an multi-national corporation or industry 
• Experience with delivering internal or external trainings
• Preferably knowledge and experience from development or coordination of digital training platforms
• Good IT competency and understanding of digital solutions and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in Norwegian
