Crew Manager

Duties and responsibilities

• Crew Manager for a dedicated number of offshore units and/or vessels, and ensure that the units are manned with qualified, competent and compliant crew
• Recruitment
• Arrange training for crew according to the Training and Competence matrix based on the Company’s standards and procedures
• Next of kin and onshore emergency response follow up
• Monitor and instruct all relevant payroll related activities
• Invoicing and claims
• Contribute in keeping the management system within crewing updated and in compliance
• HR Management

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Crew Manager in the Maritime industry, preferably with Offshore Units
• High level of knowledge connected to relevant rules and regulations applying for the crewing industry (STCW /MLC/ Offshore rules/regulations etc.)
• Good knowledge of national and international trade union Agreements
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Overall good knowledge in use of IT programs, especially Microsoft Office
