?Your tasks:

• Technical supervision and personnel management of the production team consisting of maintenance technicians, - electricians, maintenance assistant’s
• Managing the day-to-day operations and activities of the team
• Planning and delegating tasks to team members
• Initiating and managing of team meetings
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, teambuilding
• Supervising the work and ensuring the safety of our staff
• Conducting personnel evaluation meetings and employee appraises
• Representing the interests of the team within the organization
• Maintenance and resource planning based on the maintenance and activities schedule and workshop resources
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance work according to the specific internal and external guidelines
• Communicate company goals and deadlines to team
• Provides help to the management and keeps amendment updated on team performance
• Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members
• Assists and supports the production manager / operational management

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years experience in personnel management
• You are prepared to work in shift
• You are familiar with the maintenance work on rail vehicles and their corresponding mechanical, electrical and electronic components – this is not an absolute requirement, eligible candidates from other fields will also be considered
• You use independent and structured working methods, with high quality standards and high efficiency
• You have technical knowledge of the goods or services to be procured
• You have knowledge about the safety standards and are allowed to perform safety relevant work
• You have the ability to create routine reports and correspondence
• You are a result-driven team leader to be responsible for leading, monitoring and supervising a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization
• You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
• You as the leader motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members ad demonstrates flexibility
• Excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English
