DNV Business Assurance is one of the leading global providers of accredited management systems certification. We offer a broad portfolio of services within management system certification and related services, such as training and person certification.

Our training portfolio is growing, and we are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Training Coordinator in a 100 % permanent position.

Responsibilities will range from sales and marketing to administrative and practical work associated with delivering courses to existing and new customers. The role will be responsible for the whole process for a dedicated part of our training portfolio, but also in the development of new courses and training journeys.

The main tasks will be:

• Planning and marketing of training courses for public training

• Customer handling, guiding customers to the right course and secure a good learning experience

• Handling of enrollment and course/class related administration

• Prepare course execution with trainers

• Cost control and invoice preparation of projects

You will be working in our small local training and person certification team at Høvik, as part of a bigger regional operations team in Northern Europe. Together with our colleagues, trainers, planners, controllers, managers, sales team, auditors, and consultants we secure that our customers get the right course and receive learning with impact.

Our courses are delivered on a deadline which requires a high-paced training office. We are looking for a training coordinator who can juggle several things at once, is used to delivering on deadlines with a positive attitude, and with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

• Experience working with CRM system(s) would be welcome

• Strong customer focus and the ability to turn customer needs into opportunities

• A strong positive impact on business growth and profitability impact
