We are now looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our Norwegian Sales Team. For this permanent full-time position we are looking for a highly motivated person with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for sales.

The overall goal of a Sales Performance Manager is to support dealers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction within the assigned dealerships. Reporting to the Sales Manager in Norway, you are responsible for delivering sales results and market share targets. Measuring and reporting on the key KPIs keeps you on track and sets your priorities. You also act as the key point of contact in marketing, loyalty and communication activities to the dealerships.  

We are looking for a candidate who has

·        Fluent Norwegian and English language skills

·        Previous experience in sales ideally in the automotive industry

·        Undergraduate level business degree

·        Great communication and people skills
