TECHNICAL MANAGER (OSLO)

Microbeads AS, leading large scale manufacturer and supplier of monosized polymer beads for industrial applications, part of Lamberti Group, a multinational chemical company, is looking for a:

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• Manage the production department
•  Facilitate implementation of new technology and its processes
•  Budget planning
•  Responsible for investment projects
•  Monitor and safeguard HSE in the production department and in projects
• Provide reporting and documentation in accordance with corporate requirements

Qualifications

•  MSc (preferably in chemical engineering/industrial chemistry) or equivalent
•  Experience within the chemical process industry or similar
•  Experience from management of investment projects
• Minimum 5-10 years industry experience
•  Management experience is preferred
•  Fluent in both-spoken and written English and local language with excellent technical writing skills
