Marketing and Sales Manager

As a Marketing and Sales Manager for OLAW AS you will be responsible for creating, finalizing and executing strategies for existing and new market segments by incorporating customer needs, competitive dynamics, product requirements, and increasing brand awareness for Alan Walker Merchandise. 

We are looking for someone to drive the continuous improvement of sales and marketing worldwide. The ideal candidate can increase demand for products through marketing content, including product positioning and promotions. You have experience working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities. You breathe digital, have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and able to develop engaging brand projects. 

The role requires a talented and flexible individual with strong communication skills. With that said, the position includes a high degree of autonomy and freedom to shape your role.

Requirements:  

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related functions 
• Preferably experience from a high-performance brand, fashion house, retail or/and music industry 
• Strong marketing and execution skills 
• Effective at building relationships with a collaborative approach
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Skilled in trending marketing tools 
• Experience from monitoring and reporting budgets 
• Proactive and independent with the ability to work with a global team 
•   "Off hours" work is expected as a result of time difference
