HR Business Partner for Stadler Service Norway

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for Stadler Service Norway

Main Responsibility

As a committed and communicative personality, you are responsible for leading and develop our HR function in Norway with approx. 100 employees and managers. This must be done in compliance with Norwegian law an relevant regulations.

The HR Business Partner reports to the CEO of Stadler Service Norway AS.

Your tasks

·       Recruiting processes and human resource development

·       Advise and support the line managers in all personnel-related topics 

·       Provide professional HR support for the employees

·       Take care of all administrative HR processes and actively develop them further

Your profile

·       Higher education within HR and/or business administration

·       7 to 10 years of experience in an HR environment

·       Possess an understanding of local Norwegian law, regulation and practice within HR

·       Experience with collective agreements 

·       Service-oriented, committed and communicative personality

·       Ability to prioritize own workload

·       Hands-on mentality

·       Very good MS-Office skills

·       Fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)
