Your key responsibilities

In your role as Logistics specialist, you will be a part of the Nordic Logistics team and report to the Head of Logistics.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Forecasting based on analysis and alignment across the business
• Risk assessments
• Contract management of our partnership agreement(s) with 3rd parties
• Define and/or optimize processes - both in the day-to-day business and on a strategic level across the supply chain
• Identify and execute on improvement initiatives
• Lead or participate in projects internally and externally
• Support on daily operational tasks
• Stakeholder management

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, a colleague who thrives in a changing environment and who is looking for a challenge beyond the ordinary - a person who wants and can make an impact proactively while ensuring that stakeholders are enrolled.

You are self-motivated with a high drive, take ownership and execute efficiently. You can handle input and output in a structured way, make analysis (for forecasting and risk limitations) and communicate conclusions to all relevant parties, so that deliverables are clear, and timelines are kept.

You have experiences from managing projects which should provide continuous improvements internally and externally (as an example with our partners and 3rd party providers).

Ideally you have at least 5 years’ experience from a similar position and/or a theoretical background in the field of Supply Chain/within Logistics (could be bachelor in logistics, transport economics, Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent).

Other experiences from Telecom and/or a technical background from this industry will also be beneficial.
