Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the specification and follow up of implementation in Engineering base of:
- Interface with reliability data dossier
- Interface with FMECA datasheet
- Functional block diagram
- Interface PE analyses
- Condition monitoring classing of devices The work will be done in a multidiscipline team together with our tool supplier Aucotec.
The Project will be a forerunner for the implementation of the solution. Thus, one needs to work closely with the internal Project cooperation in the company. Also, there will be an interface towards external parties involved in the Project. A common target for all parties is to develop business-standardized data exchange formats based on existing international standards. Hence, there will be an essential collaboration here as well.
Furthermore, one shall contribute to the overall asset information model design with the elements of the subject model.
The digitalization of a product deliverable consists of, among other things, the identification of objects and their inherent properties, as well as the relationship among them. One must also consider how these objects are used downstream by other business areas in the organization. The work will result in new ways of working. Hence, existing LCI TR’r must be challenged.
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within Automation or Instrument Engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant experience within Automation or Instrument Engineering
- Multi-discipline understanding
- High focus on safety and security
- Strong professional and leadership skills
- Open minded and technology innovative
- Strong cooperation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven and quality-conscious
- Good written and oral presentation skills in English
- Ability to live by our safety and security expectations
- Flexible with regard to work tasks
