Learning & Development Professional for Suppyl Chain in Coke will partner closely with the business to ensure that employees are being developed aligned with future business objectives. You will translate the site’s long-term business plan and L&D strategy into concrete plans and initiatives that contributes to employees growth and engagement.

 

You will be responsible for making L&D plans in close collaboration with site leadership group in supply chain, keep an updated competence matrix, coordinate and ensure execution of training, facilitate workshops and run training sessions,  provide tidily reports and overviews of L&D activity, promote internal and external training opportunities, ensure evaluation of training and drive continuously improvement of the L&D function in SC Norway. You will also play a key role in facilitating strong apprentice programs and maintain a fruitful dialogue with local unions related to training and development.

 

Your internal clients are all the learners in the Norwegian SC organisation; shop floor employees, team leaders, managers and members of leadership team within production, warehouse, maintenance, logistics, CDO, QESH, Operational Excellence and People & Culture. 

 

You will be a  part of the Northern Europe L&D team and work collaboratively together with L&D colleagues in other CCEP countries to leverage and alig the L&D approaches, share best practices and contribute to improvements and innovations in L&D. The L&D responsible for Norway SC reports to the Sr. Manager L&D CS&SC Northern Europe, physically located in Netherland. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify learning needs related to the business plan and L&D strategy, and manage the competence matrices together with site leadership 
  • Set up the local SC annual L&D plan, budget and planning, where all learning needs are captured, described, planned and funded
  • Ensure training is delivered on time, effective and consistent to defined standard of learning
  • Collaborate with the site LT and key stakeholders to prioritise L&D plans and effectively align the deployment of learning programs with business planning & effectiveness of delivery
  • Promote internal training programs and courses, and actively source and external training opportunities when relevant, and coordinate the execution
  • Deploy, support planning and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery of CAPEX - Foundation - Technical and Safety, Regulatory and Compliance training needs, as well as personal and leadership training 
  • Contribute in local audits based on KORE and legal compliances
  • Conduct basic LMS administration & organisation of training activities with support of L&D Services team


Other activities

  • Deliver train the trainer sessions, act as a trainer, whenever it is applicable
  • Set up or contribute in L&D projects, local and central that delivers value for our business and stakeholders
  • Support commercial side of organization with L&D initiatives (20% of time based on projects, percentage can be adjusted going forward)


To be successful in this role you need

  • Preferably higher relevant education within relevant field, like Psychology, Organization Development, Education, Training & Development. Alternatively, relevant experience as a compensation
  • Some experience in running traning and/or work structured with development of people
  • Some supply chain / industrial experience is considered as a plus
  • Ability to work structured, effective, and well organized
  • Understanding of how to create a psychological and physical safe work environment
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills; ‘leading through others’
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English
  • Solid presentation / facilitation skills
  • Self-motivated & the drive to influence others through execution of plans
