What will you do

The education team at boost.ai does a fantastic job teaching the users of our conversational AI platform how to succeed with their virtual agents. To further increase the production capacity of our work, we need more people. We need someone who can understand how the boost.ai platform drives customers’ VA projects to success and we want you to initiate and execute high-quality education projects related to our product. In other words, we want you to:

• produce educational materials, like explainer videos, workshops, articles etc.
• facilitate and host webinars and sessions with educational content
• co-operate with stakeholders on a company-wide basis to plan and execute upskilling and reskilling of the users of our platform
• present and share knowledge internally.
• have fun doing it!

You preferably have

• A degree in education, pedagogy, didactics or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with teaching or training.
• Other relevant education or experience that could benefit our total education team competency, like B2B sales, project management, CSM, animation, video production etc. Surprise us!
• Experience in (or proven ability to learn) the tools we use, like the Adobe Suite, LMS, authoring tools, screen capture software, scriptwriting etc.
• Confidence and clarity in your communication, the ability to sell your ideas and you’re comfortable presenting in front of a large audience.
• Social skills that will enable you to successfully influence stakeholders and key personnel to prioritize their cooperation with you.
• Above average skill levels in tech and can refer to yourself as a tech-savvy person
• A doers mentality: you don’t sit and wait for someone to tell you what should be done. You make an effort to understand the best next steps, before independently ensuring high-quality and progress in execution.
• A thirst for knowledge and the ability to second guess common perceptions.
• Brilliant English written skills that will excite the reader.
