As a Software Engineer you will be working in a small team and your contribution will make a change. You will also be part of a cross functional team including hardware and mechanical engineers.

Job Responsibilities

• System design and development
• API development and integration
• Work closely with the test team to verify and release software
• Design and implement software following DevOps practices

Required competence

Education

• BSc, MSc, in computer science, cybernetics or similar

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience within system development and/or software development

 Personal Qualities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
• Focused on excellent system design, implementation and testing
• Team oriented spirit
• Good communication skills, written and oral, in English
• Focused on HSE and QA

Essential skills

• Experience with object-oriented programming; preferably C++ or C#
• Experience with system development
• Knowledge of new and emerging technologies, ML or similar
• Experience with Python or similar scripting language
• Experience with communication protocols and networks

  Preferred skills (experience or knowledge in one or more of these areas would be plus)

• Experience with Git version control
• Experience with build and test systems
• Experience with Agile software development 
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Understand customer requirements and be able to break these into implemented software
• Knowledge of Control Systems
• Knowledge of Embedded Programming in C/C++
• Knowledge of cyber security and data encryption
• Knowledge of OPC-UA protocol
• Experience with cloud computing
