Bring all your outstanding sales skills to help grow the market by developing the builders of tomorrow in Norway! Please note that this role is based in Oslo, Norway.

Core Responsibilities

The key objective as an Account Manager is to develop the joint business and partnerships with our key partners in the Norwegian Grocery Channel.


More specifically you will:

• Develop positive relationships with your customers

• Deliver high quality customer planning

• Work with a range of external and internal key partners to deliver outstanding execution of commercial plans and challenge the status quo

• Pro-actively identify and implement business improvement opportunities with support from functional specialists

• Undertake reporting including track and report Consumer Sales, Selling In, In-stocks, Sell through rates and other KPI measurements

• P&L responsibility of accounts

Play your part in our team succeeding

Based out of Oslo, Norway, you will be part of the Grocery channel team. We a deeply professional sales team collaborating effectively across Nordic in order to improve the business potential of the channel in the Nordic region, whilst building the brand through engaging online and in-store experiences targeted both consumers and shoppers.

The team is headed up by a Channel Director, leading a team of 1 Senior KAM, 5 Account Managers, 2 Associate Account Manager and 2 student workers.

Do you have what it takes

To be successful in this position requires a strong partner focus and teamwork which include an insight driven approach identifying and bring together new commercial opportunities that build value for both for us and our valued retail partners.

We expect that you possess outstanding collaboration skills get strong customer and internal support to make commercial plans come alive in retail.


Moreover we believe you have:

• Experience as an Account Manager, Category Manager or Buyer, preferably within FMCG

• Shown results in establishing positive relationships with retailers, store owners and internal partners – which has led to strong business results.

• Great negotiation skills

• A strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills

• A strong business understanding of both the offline as well as the online market.

• E-com and digital experience is considered as a plus
