Customer Lifecycle Specialist & Content Creator

We are present in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark and have 450 dedicated employees. We are now looking for a Customer Lifecycle Specialist & Content Creator to join the team.

What you'll be doing

• Drive and optimize the Customer Lifecycle Management program with the focus and responsibility of one delegate phase
• Analyze customer behavior and based on that build and improve customer lifecycle journeys
• Have a test-and-learn approach to e.g. new digital channels, creatives and loyalty building
• Follow KPI:s tightly and report on performance and generate next-step recommendations
• Create personalized content to different channels and communication activities
• Lead and participate in projects related to Entercard?s existing customer base

To succeed in this role, you need to:

Be driven, want to take ownership and like to bring forward new initiatives. You have customer centric mindset and a great interest in understanding how to reach customers in the right time and with the right message. You are a team player that want to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues. 

Furthermore, you have relevant higher education (Bachelor/Master degree) and at least 3 years of experience of working with marketing automation and Customer Lifecycle Management. You have working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud and experience within digital marketing. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and are proficient in English.
