Would you like to take our global e-commerce experience to the next level? bbhugme is growing fast and we are therefore looking for a passionate E-commerce manager with an excellent understanding of how to build a premium, high-quality online shopping experience to increase our global footprint.
As an E-commerce manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online stores (Shopify and Amazon), growing our D2C channels and driving results according to our set KPI’s. You will also be a key player to develop, optimize, coordinate and secure the overall customer experience across our global digital channels, platforms and -stores. This is a unique opportunity for someone who want to truly develop customer journeys - including search-, shopping- and CRM experience.
The E-commerce manager will play a key role in the company and will work across all teams to ensure the overall omni-channel approach. You will also initiate projects, coordinate and collaborate with external partners and consultants in various projects.

Your areas of responsibility will include:
Store management
- Day-to-day management of our website and online stores on Shopify and Amazon.
- Technical setup and site performance
- Product data management and set up
- Implement, edit, update and tag content on website
- SEO (technical & organic)
- Report & Track: Web analytics and performance
- Measure and monitor core KPI’s
- Project management: Plan, coordinate and align strategies, tactics and execution with teams, partners and consultants.
- Policies and regulation: Making sure that we are compliant and operate according to the latest policies and regulations.
Customer Experience
- Develop an in depth understanding of customer needs, requirements and pain points
- Systematically identify areas of improvement: Test, analyze and optimize accordingly.
- Input to content development
- Holistic and integrated approach through all channels.
- Develop personalized experiences through use cases, automation and flow design
- Web analytics and UX across all platforms
- Test new channels and areas of opportunity
CRM and automation
- Recruit and manage data base (incl. ensuring GDPR compliance)
- Develop and optimize automated flows and journeys, including newsletters.
- Plan, coordinate and develop communication with editorial team
- Track, test, measure, optimize
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with e-commerce / CRM and / or digital customer journeys
- Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify), Google analytics.
- Hands on focus with ability to execute and “get things done.”
- Analytical skills and a growth hacking mindset.
- Strong attention to detail
- Committed, independent, proactive and with a global mindset.
- Strong Team-player with great communication skills and the ability to take others with you.
- Passion for high quality brands based on Scandinavian values.
- Familiarity with Amazon (hands on experience is a plus, but not a requirement).
