Regnskapsavdelingen i Hurtigruten Group søker en engasjert Accounting Consultant til lønnsteamet.
Regnskapsavdelingen er organisert i fire team, med fokusområder for lønn, inngående faktura, utgående faktura og financial controlling. Totalt jobber det 25 medarbeidere i avdelingen fordelt på kontorer i Tromsø og Tallinn, i tillegg samarbeider avdelingen tett med regnskapsmedarbeidere på øvrige internasjonale kontorer.

Vi har stort fokus på faglig utvikling og kvalitet, og ønsker å legge til rette for faglige utfordringer for alle medarbeiderne i avdelingen.

Det gjøres oppmerksom på at søknader behandles fortløpende.

Duties and responsibilities

Sørge for løpende utbetaling av lønn og forskudd
Bokføring og avstemminger
Foreta månedsavslutning inkl. A-melding og årsoppgjør
Støtte/rådgivning overfor ledere og ansatte vedr. lønns- og personalarbeid
Administrasjon og vedlikehold av data i lønns- og personalsystemer
Bidra til å videreutvikle og effektivisere lønnsavdelingen gjennom rutine- og prosessforbedring
Være en kompetanseperson som kan håndtere lønn, skatt og avgiftsmessige problemstillinger
Andre regnskapsoppgaver i regnskapsavdelingen vil tilfalle stillingen
Yte god service til interne ansatte for sjø og land
Øvrige oppgaver etter behov

Qualifications

Minimum 3 års høyere utdannelse innen regnskap eller økonomi og administrasjon
Gode kunnskaper om lover og regler innen regnskap
Generelt gode IT-kunnskaper og systemforståelse, herunder spesielt bruk av Excel
Erfaring med lønn er en fordel, men ikke et krav
God skriftlig og muntlig fremstilling på norsk og engelsk
