Senior Talent Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and engaged Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our People Development team

My name is Anna Zlatkovic and I´m responsible for the central People Development team at Schibsted. We are a small team working with developing and scaling Talent Management initiatives and programs across Schibsted in order to support the best possible employee experience and business growth. The work we do has a great impact on the culture we want at Schibsted and what expectations we have on our leaders.

We think that you

• Have several years experience from program development in the Talent Management space, scaling and promoting initiatives in complex organizations.

• Are great at managing projects, from start to end and have the structure and stamina to see things through.

• Are used to working with process development, system design and engaging and informative content creation.

• Are probably used to working with different initiatives at the same time with tight deadlines.

• Are comfortable facilitating workshops and giving presentations in a way that creates engagement.

• Are excellent at communicating in a Scandinavian language and English.

Working in this role you will

• Act as a Senior Talent Management Specialist in the People organization being engaged and consulted in several initiatives across Schibsted.

• Convert business and employee needs to clear problem statements and potential deliveries for the team.

• Actively work in our ongoing projects, contributing across and most likely lead different project streams.

• Support that goals are converted to concrete plans and actions. You are both a thinker and a hands on doer in making sure we succeed with our projects.

• Collaborate with other CoE in the People organization to seek alignment, synergies and contribution to different initiatives.

• Work with maintenance and continuous development of our running HR programs and processes such as Engagement survey program and Performance Development program. Be responsible for updating engaging content and employee/manager guides.

• Plan and manage communication campaigns.

• Act as train the trainer or train managers and HR staff.
