We are looking for a Test & Commissioning Coordinator to join MacGregor's Fishery and Research business line. The purpose of the position is to deliver test, installation and commissioning in full according to project master plan, budget and scope. The location of this position is Bergen, Norway.

 
Main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Perform mobilization meeting and status meeting with allocated Site personnel
• Keep detailed plan updated and aligned with project master plan and customers overall commissioning schedule
• Progress and cost communication, reporting and follow up
• Request support from support functions when required. 
• Procure necessary parts and equipment before and during test and commissioning phase
• Secure progress and right quality on Site 
• Manage the project resources in accordance to their project responsibility, including monitoring of service report, punch list, improvement and deviation registration, HSE registration, Tool Box Talk, Safe Job Analysis, etc. 
• Perform demobilization and lessons learned with project resources / team.

 
What you’ll need to succeed:
 
Education:

• B. Sc. within Automation, Mechatronics, Control Systems or equivalent
• Extensive experience from similar position can compensate for lack of formal education 

Experience: 

• Practical experience from commissioning of offshore, ship or rig related equipment such as winch systems and deck handling equipment is preferred 

Competencies:

• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Good computer skills
• The position requires a structured and customer oriented person with good cooperation and technical skills.
