Do you have the experience with HR and digitalization?

On behalf of Norwegian Visindi is searching for an experienced and ambitious  Director People Digitalization to develop the future digital HR in Norwegian. In this position you will improve and strengthen the efficiency in current core HR systems and tools, as well as being involved in improvement, process-development and implementation of new tools and HR systems. You will work in close collaboration with managers, IT and other relevant stakeholders across the organization, to ensure optimization and implementation. You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and agreements across all countries where Norwegian is present, and be an important advisor in the People business area in the strategic, technical, and digital path.

Our new Director People Digitalization has broad experience within HR and HRM systems, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors. You have experience from implementation and integration of digital HR projects, preferably from a complex organization operating in an international environment, and with your strong digitalization and technology skills you know how to use systems to improve efficiency and work processes. The right candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or another relevant fields.

You prioritize your tasks and responsibilities and can self-manage time efficient. Through your professional approach you build strong confidence throughout the organization. You communicate excellently in both English and a Scandinavian language, both verbal and written.
