Technical Tool Specialist Onshore

Key responsibilities

• Perform and comply with repair and maintenance policies and procedures as directed
• Dismantle and reassemble Archer Oil Tools equipment in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with work instructions / maintenance manuals
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Workshop Manager within the physical constraints of the job
• Rotation and work within different product lines may occur
• Responsible for sustaining 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep workshop area efficiently organized and equipped with necessary supplies and tools
• Responsible to take good care of Archer Oil Tools equipment and tools
• Prepare necessary job reports and documentation for all tool installation and offshore activities

Qualifications

• Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant field
• Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience may compensate for lack of formal education

• Work experience in a mechanical environment
• Knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools

• Positive attitude and ambition
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good mechanical understanding
• Able to immediately respond to emergency situations
• Strong QHSE focus
• Able to work individual as well as in team
• Fluent English both oral and writing
