We are now recruiting a HR Business Partner (Nordics) responsible for delivering this to the Norwegian Leadership Team and dedicated Nordic functions.

Our HR-team in the Nordics consist of a highly competent, engaged and efficient group of HR-talents. The Nordic HR-team works in close cooperation with the central HR-team in Nomad Foods.

Findus Norway is currently looking for our new HR Business Partner (Nordics), a strategic and operational role who identifies, deliver HR-initiatives to the Norwegian Leadership Team and dedicated Nordic Functions. This includes understanding the business and competitive landscape to contribute in strategic projects, running annual cycle activities such as performance & development plans, pay review & negotiations, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, change management, ensuring leadership teams have all necessary and updated HR-tools and support cross boarder on recruitments, policies, health & wellbeing. The role is overall responsible for Administration of our Head Office, overseeing that admin routines are well handled in everyday life. The right candidate will also secure compliance with employee legislation in Norway. The role will be a member of the Nordic HR Team, and report to Regional HR Manager Nordics. The person will also be a part of the local leadership team in Norway.

To succeed in this role, juggling tasks and relevant interfaces, we hope you familiarize yourself with the following characteristics

  • University degree in HRM or business
  • 5 years of HR experience (operational and tactical level)
  • Proactive, solution oriented and analytical mindset
  • Well-developed business mindset
  • Interested in working broad within the HR field, operational as well as tactical
  • Comfortable and interested in efficient use of HR-systems
  • Able to work credibly with leadership teams
  • Comfortable in managing ambiguity and matrix ways of working
  • Experience with Change & Project Management
  • Communications & Stakeholder management
  • Our local working language is Norwegian. However, we have international colleagues both in Findus Norway as well as in Nomad Foods, making it important that you are comfortable in written and oral English and Norwegian.
