For our customer, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
12-month temporary position.
Desired Experience and qualifications:
· Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer support role
· Knowledge /experience using help desk software and remote support tools
· Familiarity with the maritime industry is a plus
· IT and Network competence
· Understanding of how CRM systems work
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Fluent English written and oral
· Multi-tasking abilities
· BSc in Information Technology or relevant education.
Relevant experience can compensate for this.
Job description:
· Excellent general customer support service, both active and proactive.
· Remotely monitor ScanReach installations
· Handle incoming support emails
· Handle incoming support phone calls
· Build knowledge base
· Optimize support system based on experience from cases
· Implement triggers and macros for automation of support handling
· Availability outside office hours will be required as part of a support duty schedule with others.
· Contribute to optimizing user documentation
· Perseverance when handling cases
· Assist and guide customers with network installations
