Our Front-End department at Fornebu is now looking for a Specialist Electrical Engineer.

What will you be doing?
Being a central member of our Front-End team, you will:

• Be a driver in developing our Front-End department in our transition to the renewable energy sector
• Participate in exciting multidiscipline studies across regions, countries, and segments
• Develop electrical philosophies, topologies, single line diagrams, PMS/PDCS design and system descriptions to the required level
• Work with HV power systems – power from shore, power from wind farms, power to new green processing facilities
• Perform technical consultancy work for our clients
• Be a central part of our renewable core team

We think you should have:

• A higher education degree within electrical power engineering
• A minimum 10 years of experience from offshore, onshore, and renewable energy projects
• A deep conceptual system understanding of electrical power systems and designs
• Proven track record from large electrical plant designs is seen as a benefit
• Experience from a power-intensive industry, HV transmission and energy utilization
• Experience with accommodating customer needs and performing consultancy work
• A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
