Are you available and have experience within Project Controlling?

As Project Controller you are responsible from quote to final accounts for dedicated projects based on frame agreements with customer. You will participate in project meetings and make decisions within the financial scope together with Project Manager.
To meet new challenges and opportunities we are seeking an efficient and structured Project Controller to join our Finance department in Subsea Services at Ågotnes.

Responsibilities and tasks

* Invoicing according to Contract
* Responsible for internal budgeting on projects in accordance with internal procedures
* Responsible for external budgeting/quotations based on Frame Agreements
* Create, maintain and close cost receiving accounts (network/WBS elements)
* Prepare/review VOR (variation order requests) and CEU (cost estimate updates) and follow up and report deviations from the budget
* Tasks related to month-end-closing such as; ensure correct gross margin, follow up payments from customers, report financial status internally and externally
* Participate in department meetings and project meetings

You are meant for this job if you have:

* Bachelor degree within Finance or relevant experience
* Experience from project controlling with an understanding of cost control processes in projects
* High customer focus, productive and a drive for accomplishing results
* Accuracy and attention to details
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience with identifying deviations from standards
* Ability to recognize the impact of non-compliance with internal controls and accounting principles
* High structure in your work day while keeping close dialog with your team
* Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
* Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP (ERP system)
