The Troll West Electrification project is a prestige project with long horizon. We are now looking for a Package Responsible Buyer Equipment for a temporary position in Bergen.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, only candidates that are already located in Norway can be considered for this assignment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and co-ordinate procurement activities and deliverables of assigned Procurement Packages 
• Establish and maintain the procurement budget, supplier bidders lists and conduct market analysis 
• Establish package strategies and criticality assessments in line with project and business unit objectives 
• Prequalification of suppliers and issue of inquiries 
• Bid evaluation and negotiation 
• Purchase Order placement 
• Follow up of deliveries and progress monitoring 
• Material release 
• Freight forwarding and receipts control

Skills and Levels Description:

• Bachelor or Master degree- relevant work experience can compensate for this
• Proactive attitude
• Commercial mindset
• Software Skills: TIME, MIPS, Microsoft
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language
